Do I need a cosmetology license to lease?

Yes — a current, valid cosmetology or esthetics license issued by the State of Florida is required. You'll also need a valid ID and your first month's rent plus security deposit ready on signing day. That's it — we keep it simple.
Can I decorate and customize my suite?

Absolutely. Your suite is yours to make your own. Every suite comes move-in ready with premium finishes, but we encourage you to add your personal touch — your brand, your style, your space.
What does the full-time concierge actually do?

Our on-site concierge is there to welcome your clients, keep common areas pristine, assist with day-to-day needs, and ensure the overall experience feels luxurious — for both you and everyone who walks through the door. It's one of the things that truly sets Salons by JC apart.
What are the concierge hours?

Our concierge is on-site Monday through Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–4pm. As a suite owner, you set your own schedule — you can work outside these hours as you please.

Yes — every suite owner at our West Palm Beach location gets access to Vagaro, our integrated booking and business management platform. Online scheduling, payment processing, client management, and analytics are all included with your lease.
